The Road was a great misstep on the part of John Hillcoat. The scope of the book was beyond his control but he did give it his all. I still feel he is one of the few directors who can take on Cormac McCarthy’s book and not the Coen Brothers. He is all set to take on another Proposition style trailer for a game called Red Dead Redemption. The game is a successor to the 2004 follow up called Red Dead Revolver.
The trailer will be aired next month by Fox. The trailer will be on sites on May 15 th midnight. Here is a plot synopsis.

Check out the short trailer to understand the tone of where John Hillcoat will be going with this one. Gaming has really changed in the last couple of years. It has begun to create more real worlds than before.
