The film looks like an award vehicle for Keira Knightley and not for the lead cast playing the iconic figures. The new film directed by David Cronenberg is not receiving the right kind of elevated buzz that it really needs. The film tells the story of Carl Jung and Sigmund Freud who both fall into a web tethered by Jung’s patient Sabina Spielrein. The new trailer is avoiding all the kinkiness of the previous trailer. The film will be expected to hit theaters close to award season. Seduced by the challenge of an impossible case, the driven Dr. Carl Jun takes the unbalanced yet beautiful Sabina Spielrein as his patient in A Dangerous Method. Jung’s weapon is the method of his master, the renowned Sigmund Freud. Both men fall under Sabina’s spell.
