This is exciting times for origin stories. They have been getting some good cast members in the X men stories. Now another origin story is in the pipeline with Michael Fassbender take=in on the role of Magneto. He will be seeing in the X Men first Class as Magneto. The cast has almost been finalized for the film. Many stars are running to get a chance in the film after seeing the director’s work in Kick Ass.
Michael Fassbender is known for his work in the Inglourious Basterds and Hunger for which he won the best actor at the Cannes Film Festival. Magneto’s history will be looked into the new film. He was a holocaust survivor and there will be an added need for realism to show his villainous origins towards society and humans in general.
Now the cast has Rosamund Pike, Ben Walker, Aaron Johnson, Amber Heard and Michael Fassbender. The film will begin shooting in August and will be expected in theaters around June 3 rd 2011. The film will be directed by Matthew Vaughn.
