The cast for the Matthew Vaughn film is almost done and they will be shooting in August for a June release. There was news that Rosamund Pike will play Emma Frost but the role has now been offered to Emma Frost.
So British Actress Alice Eve has won the role of Frost and is now in the negotiation stages of the film. Now there is whole lot of characters still to be cast like Angel, Iceman, Jean Grey, Moira MacTaggert and we are not sure which direction Matthew will go with this. There are still loads of characters left unexplored in the series.
But the most intriguing casting of all them is James McAvoy for Professor X. This is certainly going to be something to watch. McAvoy can pull it off only if the director does not give him room to improvise.
