This has taken years in production finally they have locked in on the star for the Jimi Hendrix biopic. The film has been in development hell for the longest time. The script is written but no director is on board for the film.
It written by John Ridley, the film allegedly chronicles the period during which Hendrix wrote and recorded his debut album Are You Experienced in England in 1966. It features some of our personal favorites Purple Haze. It will be certainly a treat to hear on the big screen. The film will have a 6 week production period. It should certainly have some memorable visuals. But this one should be all about the music.
