Trailer Watch: The Illusionist arrives

Sylvian Chomet finally gets the film he wanted to make and it is all set for release.

Sylvian Chomet is known for his unique style of animation that made him a household name with Triplets of Belleville. He is also ready with his next film The illusionist adapted from a beautiful script by Jacques Tati. The trailer seems to be really speaking volumes of the look of the film and what really to expect from it.

The finished film will really give us a lot of hope for the future of animation. The illusionist still has to work its way from some hurdles in the next couple of weeks. Tati is known for his work on films like Playtime, Mon Oncle or Jour de Fete or Mr. Hulot’s Holiday.
