Now J.J. Abrams is out with an announcement that he will be planning to shoot the next Star Trek in January. The first part was not really one of the best but it did have some spectacular moments which were worth its trip to the theater.

  1. I would dearly LOVE to see PIKE/ BRUCE GREENWOOD in the Star Trek sequel. What makes you think he won’t be–as he doesn’t even know that himself??
Maybe he won’t be but maybe he will be. We’ll have to wait to see the cast list.
I’m all for Pike to be there in a significant role. He was outstanding last time around and I want to see the role continued on in the sequel—and beyond. Someone has to keep the young Kirk in line and Pike is the man!! LOL
From the boards I go to, fans want Pike back in the sequel, so I hope TPTB will listen.
