There has been a lack of news on the Lone Ranger project in the last couple of weeks. Johnny Depp was said to star in the film long back. Jerry Bruckheimer will be producing the film. Now the film has got a script writer in Justin Haythe.
Justin Haythe has recently written for Revolutionary Road and is right now in negotiations to adapt the Television series to the big screen. Johnny Depp was said to play the role of Tonto in the remake of the Television series.
The involvement of Haythe has really helped the project considerably. There is a chance that George Clooney might play the title role
