Stars are queuing up to look out for role in the planned Alien prequel. Natalie Portman is someone who is topping the list of contenders in the film. Ridley Scott is sure to make a mess out of this one after his recent missteps.
Anne Hathaway and James Franco have joined the growing list of alien Contenders for what we presume is the lead role. The studio is also looking out for a male lead because the women are not really bankable unless they cast Emma Stone. This would spell even more trouble for Alfonso Cuaron’s Gravity project without an actress.
James Franco has been getting a lot of good buzz for his work on 127 Hours. It looks like an early Oscar contender. He also has the lead in the Rise of Apes film due to hit theaters next year. So he is hot property this year. Noomi Rapace, Carey Mulligan and Abbie Cornish who we simply adore are in the running for the lead.
