Lionsgate has released the trailer for Kick Ass on the web. It is surely going to be one of those fun first person narratives that is going to stick in the minds of people. The film is based on the ultraviolent comic book series by Mark Millar, Kick Ass tells the story of Dave Lizewki who asks a very fundamental question, “Why hasn’t everyone ever tried to be a real superhero?†And despite his lack of superheroes he turns into a fighter Kick Ass and takes on bad guys.

The first trailer focuses on the life of this wannabe superhero; all the troubles he faces when the bad guys use real weapons. The film is directed by Matthew Vaughn who is known for his work on Layer Cake. He wrote the script with the help of Mark Millar and Jane Goldman.
The film also stars Nicolas Cage in the role as Big Daddy. Many of you might just miss him in the trailer. Then there is Aaron Johnson, Chloe Moretz, Christopher Mintz-Plasse and Lyndsy Fonseca. The film is produced by Brad Pitt’s Plan B. So it will be a sure shot hit.
