Penelope joins Johnny Depp in Pirates

Penelope is quite taken by all the buzz surrounding the Pirates shoot.

After the brief introduction, of Johnny Depp in the video of Penelope Cruz, joining him in the new sequel to Pirates, she is finally here. Penelope Cruz plays a mysterious woman from Captain Jack Sparrow’s past who may or may not be the key to finding the Fountain of Youth. This will be a race against time with evil Captain Blackbeard.

Radar Online got around 30 photos from the sets of the film. But the ones that matters are the Penelope ones. She looks quite tired though. The images show Johnny Depp along with Penelope and the rest of the cast of the film.

Johnny Depp returns to his iconic role of Captain Jack Sparrow in an action-packed tale of truth, betrayal, youth and demise. When Jack crosses paths with a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz), he’s not sure if it’s love—or if she’s a ruthless con artist who’s using him to find the fabled Fountain of Youth. When she forces him aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane), Jack finds himself on an unexpected adventure in which he doesn’t know who to fear more: Blackbeard or the woman from his past.

Captain Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp) finds himself on an unexpected journey to the fabled Fountain of Youth when a woman from his past (Penelope Cruz) forces him aboard the Queen Anne’s Revenge, the ship of the formidable pirate Blackbeard (Ian McShane).
