Interview: Anhey Ghorhey Da Daan takes the right path

Gurvinder Singh’s debut film Anhey Ghorhey Da Daan has been travelling the festival circuit for a while now. It was part of the Venice Film Festival List last year.

It is certainly one of the films that will be taking contemporary Indian cinema to places which it used to explore. Two trailers of the film are finally out and they look beautiful. They do remind us of noted film director Kumar shahani.

The film has been produced by National Film Development Corporation and is based on Gurdial Singh’s novel of the same name. Tell us what you think of the thoughts behind the noted film director.
