Tron Legacy is certainly a must watch for CGI fans. It really took a huge step in the technology with some awe inspiring designs. Joseph Kosinski and his team at Digital Domain really worked hard to bring something visually stunning for the big screen. There have been some harsh critics who have not really taken to this film.
There is an eight minute long video on how they created some of the stuff on the remake of the original Tron. They cover everything from the lightcycles to a young Kevin Flynn and all the amazing digital environments that make that movie so awesome to watch in IMAX 3D.
Tron Legacy was released in theaters on December 17 th and after two years in production and has gone on to make over 245 million worldwide. It is directed by Joseph Kosinski. The screenplay was co-written by Adam Horowitz, Richard Jefferies, and the director of the original movie. Check this out and tell us what you think.
