Now the stars are trying to get into studios via franchises. They just want to launch themselves with any single franchise. But this drive to launch franchise has put some of them out of work as well. For instance Eddie Murphy is one of the cast in point for this sort of thing.
Eric Bana has been looking out for on for sometime now. He was the Hulk starer and nothing really took off for him after that. He has been looking out for the lead role in Echelon. It is a movie based on books featuring the character Nick Stone and is written by SAS member Andy McNab.
The film will be base on twelve novels and will have a Bourne sort of entry. John Connor has been working on the script of the film for sometime now. It is based on various missions embarked on Stone where he attempts to foil a gang of terrorist who are trying to gain access to the a Computer database.
So Echelon could make Eric Bana a potential star. But it will be up to who directs this film. No one has been signed on yet.
