The first trailer for Edward Burns‘ new movie looks good. He has been putting his hand in almost everything. The film talks about a simple story of a man who chooses between jobs and females. The cast is led by Matt Bush and Kerry Bishe. They will be aided by Burns, Anna Wood and Max Baker.
Kerry Bishe does her first film credit. But she has been on the 9 th season of Scrubs and it has been going well for her. Nice Guy Johnny sits pretty because of the presence of her in the film. Matt Bush will also have his first lead role in a film. He had nothing much to do in Adventureland except banging into the main character’s balls.
The film plays out a lot of clichés, but we will have to find out if it will be able to rise above that. Here is the official synopsis via Collider.
