The Hunger Games looks to be the first book in the trilogy about youngsters in a post Apocalyptic America. Gary Ross will be directing the film and has his eyes on Jennifer Lawrence, Hailee Steinfeld and Abigail Breslin. The offer is still on hold but we will know in couple of weeks.
The age of the actress will impact the audience demographic and other casting. The film is due to hit theaters March 23 rd 2012. So we will keep you posted on any more developments on this film.
